Shadow Claw	40
Flip a coin. If heads discard one energy attached to Sableye. This attack then does 60 damage instead of 40. If tails this attack does 70 damage instead.
Dark Pulse	60
Flip a coin. If heads the Defending Pokemon can't attack during your opponent's next turn. If tails Sableye can't use Dark Pulse during your next turn.

Shadow Claw: if you do 70 damage for getting tails, you don't need 40 base damage (make it 70; eliminate extra wording); and eliminate the energy discard and 60 base damage effect--especially if you do more damage for getting tails anyway (it makes no sense to discard an energy and do LESS base damage for flipping heads than you would for flipping tails and discarding no energy). That's all I see. Everything else is fine ^_^
