Shadow Kyogre's card type is also WTR. As long as it is in play, your WTR Pokemon have +40 base HP and do +40 base damage. Opponents draw 2 prize cards for KOing your WTR Pokemon.
Dark Hydrostream	80
Do 20 damage to all opponent benched Pokemon (ignore Weakness/Resistance for the bench). This attack can't be copied.

Good question. I usually google-search all the EX and Lv.X cards that have already been made, along with most of the normal ones. The I search deviantart.com, to see if anyone's created anything better that I could use, instead of what Nintendo's already printed. After I've picked out three or four or so pics, I photo-edit them to look the way I want. Then I load them into the card blank and post the card (which I usually create before finding a pic).

And that probably answered your question, several times over. ^_^'
