Retreat:
First shot at a healing/stalling type Pokemon.
It's a little overpowered (in terms of healing), but I'll get around to perfecting it! ^_~

great card. picture = AWESOME. looks realistic. only prob i have is that i THINK (my opinion) that instead of 1 attack and one non-damage dealing attack, you should put one more damage-dealing attack in place of the second one. otherwise, B-E-A-S-T CARD!!!!! lol ^___^

Here are my thoughts on this card.
New Winter
- Pretty good. I like the first effect way better and think it would be fine with just the heads only effect.
Ice Breath
- Needs a little bit more kick to it, maybe.
- Change wording to "Flip a coin, if heads, the Defending Pokemon is now Paralyzed. You may discard a Trainer card you have in play, if you do remove three damage counters from one of your Benched Pokemon."
Mystical Ice Shielding
- Again good effect; just WAY to expensive for not dealing any damage.
- I think it would be fine if the attack done 40-50 damage.
The retreat cost is a little much as well.

Overpowered on healing, eh. I disagree; I think your healing/stalling is just fine. I do agree with some general comments that have been made about one thing though, and that is that Mysitcal Ice Shielding needs to do some base damage. I would give it 40.
To everyone else, who has (I feel) been implying that his card needs to be more powerful, all the way around, remember that this is a regular Pokemon card, which you may have 4 copies of in the same deck. That requires it to accept some limits, compared to the 1-card-per-deck Pokemon cards.
